1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

100% of the cost of the stay is due on booking. 

Payment methods accepted: bank cards.

In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, we hereby inform you that the provision of accommodation services, which must be supplied on a specific date or for a specific period, are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

An online booking is equivalent to signing a rental contract.

2. RATES AND TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax must be paid on booking.

Our prices are per night, for 2 people. Towels, bath towels and household linen, cleaning products and accessories, access to the spa and swimming pool and parking space are included in the price.

A menu of services is also available. Orders can be placed at the time of booking, before your arrival, or during your stay.

No discount will be granted for early departure or late arrival.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A deposit is required on booking.

An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up on arrival and departure. 

If the inventory of fixtures on departure is in order, the security deposit will be returned to you in full. If this is not the case, all or part of the deposit will be retained to cover any missing equipment or to restore the gîte to its original state. If the amount of the loss exceeds the amount of the security deposit, we will send you an invoice for the difference. 

4. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

4.1 Cancellation by the customer

In the event of serious illness, serious accident or the death of a close relative, your stay may be postponed to a later date or the cost of your booking may be refunded, subject to presentation of medical evidence or a death certificate.

Any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer's fault will not be reimbursed.

For all other reasons:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the holiday:

50% of the cost of the booking will be invoiced and is non-refundable. 

• Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the holiday: 

75% of the total cost of the booking will be invoiced and is non-refundable. 

• Cancellation between 15 days and the holiday start date, or in the event of a no-show : 

100% of the cost of the booking will be invoiced and is non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation for inappropriate behaviour

In the event of inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the booking. 

The full amount of the stay will be retained by Les Arches du Lac.

5. CAPACITY AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GITE

The gîte sleeps a maximum of 2 people, with the possibility of accommodating a child under the age of 2.

The features and equipment of the gîte are detailed in the inventory of fixtures and fittings. 

Access to the spa and swimming pool must comply with the house rules. They are accessible every day from 10am to 8pm, in harmony with the occupants of the house. Swimming is unsupervised and is entirely your responsibility, and Les Arches du Lac cannot be held responsible for any problems. 

The gîte is non-smoking. 

Pets are not allowed.

6. CONDITIONS OF STAY

A private car park in the enclosed courtyard of the Maison des Arches du Lac is available, but is not supervised. We ask you not to leave any valuables there, and decline all responsibility in the event of an incident.

Arrival :

Weekday arrivals are from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, and at weekends from 5pm to 7pm. 

Outside these times, you need to make a request. 

Any delay must be reported. 

Departure :

Weekday and weekend departures take place until 10am, after the departure inventory has been checked and any services ordered during the stay have been paid for. 

Outside these times, you need to make a request.
