Because your well-being is our concern, we have designed and fitted out the gîte using quality materials and equipment, taking care to create a cosy atmosphere full of refinement.
The 35 m² self-contained gîte sleeps 2 people and comprises a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area, a stylish bedroom with en suite shower room, and two fully equipped private terraces with uninterrupted views over our estate and Lac de la Mouche.

Frequently asked questions
Is the parking space easily accessible?
Yes, the entrance is closed by a motorised gate that you can control by remote control, and is wide enough to accommodate all types of vehicle. A parking space is reserved for you in the courtyard. A fast-charging station for electric vehicles is also available as an option (price visible on our services map).
What equipment is available in the kitchen?
The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
What are the bathroom fittings?
The bathroom has a heated towel rail. A hairdryer is also available.
